It’s me.
In 2021, I retired from a career as a hairstylist. I had worked at top salons in Oregon and California, trained with the best on both coasts, and was very good at my job. However, internally, the desire to change was getting louder. My neck and shoulders needed a break, and I was burned out. So, I quit.
Then, I decided to quit using drugs and drinking alcohol. My sobriety date is January 9th, 2022.
I believe we are all recovering from something, and that there are many ways to recover from all of it. There are practices that can make the experience more joyful and the disappointment more tolerable.
I am a certified Life Coach and Addiction Recovery Coach through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC). I coach clients online, ranging from those who are sober-curious and want to take a break from alcohol to those discovering their potential and thriving in an alcohol-free life.
I believe health is multidimensional. Our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being are deeply connected, each influencing the others in meaningful ways.
In 2026, I’m expanding my coaching practice with an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, so I can support clients even more deeply in creating a life that doesn’t need a drink.
My mission is to help you tap into your true strengths with clarity, compassion, and a dash of humor—because personal growth doesn’t have to be so serious all the time. Together, we’ll support your whole health—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—one meaningful step (and maybe a laugh) at a time.
